I don’t think that Darth Vader has a single line in any of these films that isn’t perfect.
I think my personal favourite line is during the opening of ROTJ. The officer in charge is already nervous as Hell at having him aboard, we’ve seen how big a badass Vader can be once off Tarkin’s leash. Then he turns around and says “The Emperor is not as forgiving as I am”. The look of sheer unadulterated, pants-wetting horror that passes over the face of the officer is arguably one of the best moments in the entire film.
